Detailed Problem Description

There seems to be an issue with the below report. As you can see from the below screen shot, the BI Report is saying we have only shipped approx. 150,000 pcs on plant 9030 from the beginning of this year:

We have been tracking what has shipped this year and I also pulled a report from SAP ME2N (attached) this morning, to show me delivered PO’s from 01.01.2015 to 01.09.2015 and we have shipped approx. 700000 pcs.
This is obviously a large difference in comparison to what BI is reporting. Could you look into this for me please, and establish where BI is pulling it ‘s data from and how we can get it updated to be more accurate!

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

ME2N transaction in ECC shows GR Delivered quantity of all the PO’s(Z3NB & NB PO types with SNC & NEC confirmations), including the quantity for deleted lines. But in BW, only PO’s of type ‘Z3NB’ with SNC confirmations are extracted & also the Goods movements status of delivery must be "C". So there is a huge difference in Delivered quantity between the ME2N transaction and SL110 report.

Consider the example below:
The PO Number 4500110110 has delivered quantity of 9900 EA, but it was not extracted to BW as it has NEC confirmations on the PO:

Resolution

The quantites cannot be matched with ME2N transaction, as the PO's of Type NB are exlucded in the extractor & also in BW service level of an order is calculated if the Goods Movement status of the delivery is "C"(Completed). For most of the valid deliveries it is not maintained as "C" in ECC.
